No one knows your child better than you, but even with all your love and effort, their behavior can sometimes feel like a mystery. That’s where I come in! My goal is to help you understand the "why" behind your child’s actions (spoiler: it's never because they're being difficult on purpose!). Every behaviour has a reason, and my mission is to support you in uncovering what’s truly driving your child, so you can feel more connected and confident in meeting their needs.

Parenting is messy, magical, and everything in between—and it’s time we talk about all of it. Parenthood Unfiltered is a space where parents can humbly brag about the huge milestones that deserve a celebration (yes, even if it’s finally getting a toddler to eat veggies!) or get a deep, dark parenting secret off their chest (we see you hiding in the pantry with cookies).
This social media series is about sharing the highs, the lows, and everything in between that makes parenthood the wildest ride of your life. No judgment. Just honest stories, because let’s face it—we’ve all had our moments.
