Payment is due following each appointment. Cash, debit, credit, and e-transfers are accepted. A receipt will be provided with each payment.
Some insurance companies provide coverage for Occupational Therapy services. With persistence, some of my clients have been successful in receiving coverage through their private benefits package.

The Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists has drafted letters for OT clients to provide to their insurance company to request the inclusion of OT in their group insurance plan. The Ask For It letters can be found here.
No-show and late cancellation fees apply for all missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice. The fee is equivalent to the cost of the session.
